Responsibilities:
- Handle basic accounting tasks and support day-to-day accounting operations.
- Perform bookkeeping of invoices, payments, and other routine financial transactions.
- Maintain proper accounting records and assist in posting entries.
- Help manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist in basic cash flow tracking and bank transactions.
- Use Zoho Books to record and manage financial transactions.
- Support the accounting team in ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
- Arabic and English communication skills preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
