Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP EC (Employee Central) Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP Employee Central module and a proven track record of successful SAP EC implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Employee Central Implementation:
Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of SAP EC solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and design optimal solutions.
Configuration and Customization:
Configure SAP Employee Central according to business requirements, ensuring the system meets organizational needs.
Provide expertise in the customization of SAP EC, including workflows, business rules, and data models.
Integration Management:
Work on integration projects involving SAP EC with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
Data Migration:
Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of HR data to SAP Employee Central.
Develop and execute data migration plans, addressing data quality and integrity.
Training and Support:
Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of SAP Employee Central features.
Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries and issues in a timely manner.
Best Practices and Compliance:
Stay updated on SAP EC best practices and industry trends, recommending improvements and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in SAP EC configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an SAP EC Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Employee Central module.
- Proven experience in end-to-end SAP EC implementations.
- Strong configuration and customization skills.
- Experience in integrating SAP EC with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
- Solid understanding of data migration principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP EC certification is a plus.
