What You Will Do

Lead Generation and Pipeline Growth

Identify and develop new opportunities through outbound prospecting and creative outreach

Nurture inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities

Analyze customer needs and position Altivate’s solutions effectively

Sales Execution

Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from discovery to close

Prepare proposals and deliver engaging online presentations or product demos

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to align strategies

Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure client success

Use LinkedIn and other tools for outreach and engagement

Product Knowledge

Develop strong understanding of Altivate’s portfolio

Translate business value into client success stories

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 1 to 4 years in B2B sales or lead generation

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Skilled in managing pipelines with CRM tools

Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken
