• Lead workshops with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and transportation teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes in MM and logistics and recommend optimized SAP-based solutions.
• Design SAP MM & TM solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.

• Support key SAP MM components:

• Purchasing (PR, PO, RFQ)
• Inventory Management (Goods Receipt/Issue, Stock Transfers)
• Valuation & Account Assignment
• Vendor Master Data Management
• Source list and quota arrangement

• Ensure accurate integration with FICO for procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes.

• Define transportation planning, execution, and freight cost settlement.
• Support carrier selection, route optimization, and load consolidation in SAP TM.
• Coordinate with logistics service providers and ensure proper master data and document flows.
• Integrate TM with MM, SD, and external logistics providers as needed.

• Develop test scripts and support various testing phases (unit, integration, UAT).
• Validate logistics execution and transport cost postings in financial modules.
• Assist in master data migration (materials, vendors, freight agreements).
• Support go-live activities, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare.

• Develop user manuals and deliver hands-on training for MM and TM users.
• Provide continuous support, troubleshoot issues, and drive user adoption.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of SAP MM experience with at least 2 years in SAP TM.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred).
• Familiarity with cross-functional integration with SAP FICO, SD, and EWM.
• Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations or global rollouts.
• Knowledge of regional logistics and freight practices (GCC preferred).

• 8+ years of experience in SAP MM ECC and S/4HANA

• Experience in S/4HANA Implementation
• At least 2 or more end to end implementation projects and 3 or more support projects.
• Hands-on SAP Experience in MM including Purchasing, Inventory Management etc. 
• Expertise in Physical Inventory.
• SAP Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Sound knowledge in integration with SD/FI/PP and other SAP modules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure in ambiguous and complex situations, independent thinker.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work in changing situations and adept in problem solving and multi-tasking.

• Exposure to embedded TM in S/4HANA
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and analytics
• Understanding of Incoterms, freight conditions, and transportation compliance
• Experience working with 3PLs or transport service providers
