SuccessFactors – Employee Central + Compensation Management modules.
• SuccessFactors HR suite across modules 3 years of experience configuring implementing and or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Compensation management and variable pay.
• Deep Knowledge of Core HR, Compensation Management practices and processes.
• Demonstrated experience configuring and delivering SuccessFactors Employee central and Compensation management is required.
• Experience delivering HR System solutions on other HR areas such as Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Performance Management will be a plus.
• Expertise in understanding the data flow across the different SuccessFactors modules and integration with third-party systems (eg : Payroll, Benefits, AD etc )
