Responsibilities
- Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management
- Work with clients on business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Solution
- Propose system design and solutions for business requirements
- Help clients understand on alternatives for system configuration and design.
- Hands-on all the Data Models, Role-based permission framework, Goal Plan Configuration (with Tables and calculators), Goal Library setup, Continuous Performance Management setup, PM V12A Form configuration, 360 multi-rater forms, calibration, People Profile and excellent knowledge working on XML file configuration.
- Setup the instance from provisioning
- System configuration in accordance with Solution Design
- Prepare Configuration Workbook / Business process blueprinting documents
- Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
- Create custom reports (Ad-hoc, Dashboard & Tiles and stories)
- Configure and setup the job profile builder, Center of capabilities
- Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others
Good to Have Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Module
- Must have done at least three end-to-end implementations in the relevant module.
- SuccessFactors -Performance & Goals Management consulting experience is mandatory.
- Certification in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management.
- Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
- Ability to work under stressful and tight timeline situations
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
- Flexible to relocate
