Scope of Work
- General Ledger (GL) Management
Tasks:
1. Maintenance of the chart of accounts.
2. Preparation and review of journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
3. Month-end and year-end closing activities.
4. Reconciliation of GL accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Tasks:
1. Processing vendor invoices and payments.
2. Ensuring proper coding and approval workflows within SAP.
3. Monitoring aged payables and resolving discrepancies.
4. Managing vendor SOA and balance confirmations
Tasks:
1. Recording and reconciling customer invoices and receipts.
2. Managing the customer aging process, including follow-ups on overdue accounts.
3. Ensuring accurate customer master data.
Tasks:
1. Recording acquisitions, disposals, and adjustments in the fixed assets module.
2. Performing depreciation calculations and reconciliations.
3. Participate in periodic asset counts and ensuring proper tagging.
